TV Watch — Justified: “The Collection/Blind Spot”

As the FX Network’s latest series, Justified, continues, we continue to learn about the large variety of interesting characters that are presented from week to week. Fans of this series have many reasons to celebrate as of late, because not only have Raylan and his crew been presenting quality entertainment, but Justified is a bona fide hit. TV Watch — Justified: “Riverbrook/Fixer/Long in the Tooth/The Lord of War and Thunder”

With The Shield and Nip/Tuck both over, and Rescue Me seeming to be winding down, it seems as is the FX network has found it’s next hit series in the awesome US Marshal series Justified. It is very comforting when you see a network, be it on cable or not, that can stand back and take a chance on a different type of scripted series and present audiences everywhere with some quality entertainment. After the awesome series premier, Justified didn’t skip a beat into introducing us into quite the interesting world of Raylan Givens and the U.S. Marshal service in Kentucky. Over the past four episodes, we’ve seen everything from Raylan hunting an escaped prisoner, to coming to grips with his estranged father. It is pretty clear that Justified is one of the coolest shows on television, and it shows no signs of slowing down. Continue reading

TV Watch — “Justified: Fire in the Hole”

Over the past few years, the folks over at the FX network have presented us with some of the coolest and most talked about television series of all time. With shows such as Nip/Tuck, Rescue Me, and The Shield; you can always count on FX to deliver groundbreaking and quality entertainment. Well, with The Shield and Nip/Tuck over and done, FX presented it’s newest series this week, and I have to say, Justified may be one of the network’s finest additions. Continue reading
