Web WednesdaysWith so many powerhouse series closing down for the final time, the search is on for what could be the next cool thing on the tube. Well, a while back one of the coolest and most well rounded new shows to debut was the FX network’s hit Justified. This series is as entertaining as anything on television, and one of the many aspects that work for the series is the cool music that is presented in the series.
Being that Justified is a modern day western set in Kentucky, the creators of the series set out to find a certain style of music that incorporates the bluegrass stylings of the south with the hip-hop vibe that is popular today. The creators of Justified uncovered quite a treasure in the musical stylings of a very cool and talented group that goes by the name Gangstagrass. Continue reading

It all started when Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince made tons of money at the box office and Jimmy aired a funny sketch about an ongoing internet feud between Pattinson and Daniel Radcliffe… Continue reading

Web WednesdaysThere are times when a woman exceeds the bounds of traditional “hotness” and becomes a sheer force of nature. For the geek world, that is particularly evident in the form of Ms. Olivia Munn. Munn co-hosts the G4 Network program Attack Of The Show every weekday, appears in magazine pictorials, acts in films, and makes your average geek want to speed up cloning science so there can be one of her in every home. She’ll get your Star Wars references and she has an unnatural love of pie…who am I kidding? Pie is delicious. Continue reading
